HABs and Wolverhampton Discover Alan Gow

Occasionally we discover a player who is both newsworthy and HABs-worthy. Today, Scottish footballer Alan Gow is such a player.

He may or may not have completed his transfer today to the Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers. Our Wolverhamptom blogger Toby says not yet, while Wikipedia says it’s a done deal. Do we care which is accurate? Not so long as we have these photos.

I believe this one was originally part of a calendar of Scottish footballers. (Because I think everybody of any importance hits the weights depilated, oiled and wearing jeans.)
