Gourcuff Stripping, Part Deux — Now With Video

By: Lotte Cox | December 6th, 2008

Someone always finds these things (thanks, Two Yellow Cards). Pity about the watermarks, but beggars and choosers and all that.

And, at (sort of) long last, the video we’ve all been waiting for has surfaced. Be patient through the football parts — soon enough, there will be naked, and there will be slow-motion jogging, featuring Gourcuff parts.

Three more pictures after the jump.

Not that I dont appreciate his exhibitionism, but why did he take off his clothes in the first place?

That first picture is a keeper!

Johonna, must it always be a reason for stripping on the pitch?

Either way, am enjoying the view.

Well. Think we can move to have that sort of thing written into his contract? I’m sure the club would appreciate the extra… uh, attendance.

Johonna, I was watching the game, so I have an answer. He’d already swapped shirts with a Valenciennes player, but he wanted to throw something into the stands for the fans, so he took off his shorts too.

I believe this kind of altruism should be strongly encouraged in all players. You know — to encourage peace, harmony and the good of all mankind.

Reason #1065 Serie A is better: Shorts give-aways after virtually every match.

This is probably the only good thing that came out of Gourcuff’s time in Serie A.

Yes. Add it to the contract. Throwing one’s shorts is admirable I and wholeheartedly support it.

Still, I could do without seeing Cassano in his tidy-whities one more time.

And now, the video. With (oh dear Jeebus) the slo-mo bounce.

    I think I have whiplash.

“I like to keep things to myself and not reveal too much…”
Jennifer, After this Bordeaux are going to be rich!! He’s going to our very own David Bechkam!! We have to purchase him, He’s great publicity and his shirts alone will boost Bordeaux revenue by 25%, as long as we stay contenders in the UCL for the next two season and are able to compete with OL and OM we should grow really strong finacilly. We just have to keep Blanc and Gourcuff for atleast two more season but it is likely that we may see Gourcuff depart in one.

Why can’t more footballers be as “altruistic” as Gourcuff?

He will return to AC Milan at the end of the season. It would be disasterous if we let a player of his quality leave! We need creativity and skill – and he has it.

I hope Mr Galliani and co are listening back in Milano!!

to much exposure..while playing football on the pitch…why did he do that anyways..it’s a low point, but good thing is I don’t really think he’s crazy.
