Alert: David Blaine Has Taken Control of Chelsea

It’s one thing for Chelsea to invite David Blaine to join them in public for a bit of magical bonding. It’s quite another, however, for Blaine to start showing up in the Chelsea locker room, spending a lot of time in close proximity to the ones (read: Didier Drogba) who are closest to naked. The “card tricks” are a nice excuse, but the reality of the situation is clear: Blaine has hypnotized the entire club, and is bending them to his will.

And you thought Chelsea under Mourinho was interesting — look out, kids, it’s a whole new world.

“Quick, Didi, people are getting weirded out — hold up a card, and act impressed.”

“And, for my final trick, I’ll turn Didier into a Geman white guy!”

  Personally, I think this is badass. Who doesn’t like watching magic tricks whilst being rubbed down by another man after rigorous physical activity?
