Jadson: Winner and Daddy

By: Lotte Cox | May 21st, 2009

After scoring the winning goal in added time, being named Man of the Match, and lifting the UEFA Cup, Shakhtar’s Jadson had only one thing left to do: Find his son. All together now: Awwwwww!

(You know, it’s a pity this doesn’t happen in other professions — it’d be nice to see lawyers triumphantly kissing their children after winning big cases, or doctors bringing their kids joyously into the OR after a successful operation.)

One more of Jadson and child back here.

Check out that sweet jacket, and the Armani hat — someone’s shopping in the high end kids’ section. And, given daddy’s adorably attentive expression, I think we know who the main shopper is.

I was just stumbling around youtube and inevitably started watching Zidane clips which ended tragically with the BBC three part highlights of France losing to Italy in the 2006 World Cup Finals. I still can’t believe Italy won. Zidane deserved to go out a winner. Anyway, along with Iniesta’s goal against Chelsea, I have finally found an appropriate anti-venom to Italy’s soulless worldcup victory in 2006. Strangely, it happens to be HABs related:
