Spring Can’t Come Soon Enough

By: Wanda Touchim | March 20th, 2009

It is cold and wet and I have reached that point where I am simply over winter. I want warm and sun and leaves on the trees already. Since I cant change the weather, I thought some reminders of summer might help everyone think warm thoughts… How about some shirtless, sweaty footballers from last summer at the Euros? What could be hotter than that?
.
.
Sergio Ramos, if he doesn’t make you break a sweat, I dont know what will.
Sergio Ramos in all shirtless glory
.
.
A little Lukas Podolski – in his undies even!
Lukas celebrates in his underthings
.
.
Bastian Schweinsteiger checking for chest hair stubble (that black rubber thing is positively kinky!)

.
.
And because I have a particular fondness for keepers: Volkan Demirel
Holy cow!

See there, nothing like hunky shirtless footballers to raise the ol’ core temperature! I am pretty sure that Vulkan and Sergio can even prevent hypothermia. Now if only I had a fruity blended drink with an umbrella and 32 kinds of rum….

Blargh, Sergio Ramos! Hot body, yes, but his face… He’s about as ugly as Puyol, and Puyol at least has better body.
At least other pictures erased the bad feeling, although not completely.

That picture of Schweinsteiger makes me laugh — how did he get his heart rate thing on over his shirt? He looks so helpless and confused as he shows off for the masses.

That photographer should’ve waited until Poldi took another step…
